GENERAL

All of the products listed on the Simply Beautiful website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. In the rare occurrence that a price is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to change the prices on the website at any time without any prior notice and to cancel any orders due to incorrect pricing within the site simply-beautiful.ca

Simply-beautiful.ca accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express at this time. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.

SALES TAX & DUTIES

All Ontario customers will have 13% HST added to their order. Simply Beautiful is an Ontario-based company but orders sent to other provinces and territories will be taxed 5% PST/HST.

U.S. customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however customers are responsible for their own local sales tax, if applicable.

International customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however they will be responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries.

SIZING

Sizes for apparel have a tendency to vary slightly in fit. Simply Beautiful will make note of this for each item listed, when possible.

COLOURS 

We have done our best to accurately display the colours of the products shown on the simply-beautiful.ca website. However, due to differences in computer monitor displays, it is possible that the colours you see will vary slightly. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate to that of the product. SITE USAGE 

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via email, published comment and chat or by obscene, slander or abusive language is strictly forbidden. You may not upload to, distribute or otherwise publish through this site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability to violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any commercial or online service or organization.

All of the content on the simply-beautiful.ca website, including but not limited to all of the page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, text, and program code such as html and JavaScript are the property of Simply Beautiful and may not be reproduced without the expressed written consent of Simply Beautiful.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Simply Beautiful shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, Simply Beautiful shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the original price.
