At Simply Beautiful, we take pride in providing our customers with carefully curated products they will love and enjoy. In the event that you would like to return an item that you purchased from us online at simply-beautiful.ca or at our retail location at 2739 Dundas Street West, please do so during our operating hours of Tuesday to Friday, 12 p.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m. - 4 p.m., Mon. closed, and we will happily offer an exchange or in-store credit. Please note: Returns / Exchanges must be done within 10 days of the purchase.
HOW TO DO A RETURN
1. Bring it back to us in-store
Please bring your merchandise back to us at our store on Dundas West. We offer 10 days for exchange or store credit, no refunds. We require a receipt for any returns or exchanges. Please see our exclusions for returns or exchanges below.
2. Ship an order back to us
Before you make a return, please email [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your package to organize your return. The return shipping is your responsibility and we suggest you choose a shipping method with tracking so you can be sure that your order arrives back to us. The original shipping charges are non refundable. In the event that there was an error on our end, we will cover the shipping costs back to us.
WHAT TO DO IF....
Your order was damaged in-transit
Although we do our best to package everything with love and care, sometimes things happen in transit. If any of the items have arrived damaged, please email Deb at [email protected] and include photos of the damage and the packaging your purchase arrived in. If items are damaged in transit, is not our responsibility but we will help you out with a claim through Canada Post.
Something is incorrect with your order
If something is incorrect with your order, we want to make it right! E-mail Deb at [email protected] and she will help guide you through the process and figure out how to rectify the issue.
Due to the intimate nature of specific products we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on these items, although we will exchange any product that is defective.
Personal beauty products including, but not limited to, deodorant, lipstick, body lotion, face cream and intimate apparel.
