If you choose curbside pickup, you are welcome to come to the POP Up store, located at 2745 Dundas Street West, during regular business hours, Tuesday to Saturday noon to 5:00 p.m.

We will have your purchase ready for you to pick up at the store 24 to 48 hours after payment has been confirmed. Please call 647-525-9283 to get a status on the timing of the pick up.

If you choose the Curbside Pickup option, please make your selection AFTER providing your address. We know this is confusing but click through and you will see.

Shipping:

Due to escalating shipping costs we are unable to provide free shipping at this time. We continue to offer up a flat fee of $15 across Canada. If shipping to the U.S., please send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide the exact costs to ship across the border.

We do our best to ship within 48 hrs. We work with our local shipper at Chit Chat to find the best possible shipping options that ship within 5 to 8 business days. We will provide a tracking link to orders so you can follow the progress of your package. If you are in the city of Toronto, and needing your gift prior to the 5 to 8 day window, we are now working with a small courier company at Trexity who partner with Uber to ship within a 24 to 48hr window. You'll see that option on the check out together with the cost of shipping.  that will ship within as a result of a backlog at Canada Post.

Not all products featured on the website are available to be shipped, although special arrangements can be made to ship items noted on the website that are in-store pickup only or to Western Canada or the U.S.

How do I set up a delivery?

Once you have selected the item(s) you would like to purchase, click on the 'Add to Cart' button.  

You can now select the 'Ship to Home' option. Ensure your postal code (for pricing) is entered correctly as well as your complete shipping address to avoid delays or cancellations.  

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O.Boxes at this time.  

Once your order is placed, your order confirmation email will provide you with further instructions regarding your delivery.
