Taylor Hui, Founder of The Roster, started the BeaYOUtiful Foundation when she was 17. After realizing the need for young women to have a safe space to connect and feel heard, she started a six-week program focused on building confidence, community and connection. Today, the BeaYOUtiful Foundation is a Canadian Charity that has impacted for 1,800 young girls across Canada.
